As part of our TroonFit initiatives to keep golfers happy and healthy on and off the course, we've teamed out with renowned personal trainer and fitness expert, Nick Kelly to host weekly MetaFit classes.
MetaFit training is a form of HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training, which works with your own body weight. A 30 minute class offers and exciting and exhilarating workout to assist with overall health, stamina and flexibility.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00am.
